Stranger Things theme composers win emmy award

Stranger Things’ theme song composers have been awarded a Creative Arts Emmy.

Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein, composers for Netflix-based TV-show Stranger Things have just received an award for ‘Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music’ during an un-televised section of the 2017 Emmy Awards in Los Angeles last night. Their one-minute theme was one of many pieces written for the show, which has been rightfully nominated for a total of 18 Emmy Awards. Mainly focusing on technical achievements, The Creative Emmy Awards are a precursor to the main Emmy Awards, which will take place on September 17th.

Stranger Things’ 2nd Season will premiere on October 27th via Netflix.
