Amsterdam’s Dekmantel Festival 2014 went down as one of the biggest events of the summer and it was only its second birthday. Hosting names as big as Daphni, Nicholas Jaar, Nina Kraviz and Ben Klock (just to pick a few) the brains behind the operation clearly know a thing or two about putting together a line up.
The first wave of names for this years event have just been announced and taking influence from years previous, it’s shaping up to be a big one.
Sixty out of the one hundred and fifty acts performing over the three day event have been announced and now will now feature Ricardo Villalobos, Jeff Mills and Four Tet. Other acts already revealed include the likes of Carl Craig (live), Dixon, Joy Orbinson, Marcel Dettman, Floating Points and Madjib.
Unlike the past two years, Dekmantel 2015 will include an opening event at Muziekgebouw aan ‘t IJ on July 30.
