24 year old singer and TV personality Lil’ Chris has died. Lil Chris, real name Chris Hardman, was found dead this morning in Lowestoft.
Lil’ Chris first appeared on the Channel 4 reality TV series ‘School of Rock‘ and had since had a career in music and television releasing his first single ‘Checking It Out’ back in 2006.
Suffolk Police were called to the address in Lowestoft at 11:45 GMT to reports that a man had died suddenly. Despite this, his death in not yet being treated an suspicious.

Chris had been open about his mental health issues on several occasions including a series of tweets in April last year:
“I hope to one day create a way out of depression that doesn’t mean taking your own life. The Cure.”
